OPTION 1: SYSTEM INSPECTION $89.00/ $79.00 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL SYSTEM
This is a one time visual cooling or heating inspection preformed according to the season. Our technicians will visually inspect the systems main components for problems and test system operation. 

OPTION 2: SYSTEM TUNE-UP $109.00/ $99.00 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL SYSTEM 
This is a one time cooling or heating tune-up preformed according to the season and includes one of the following:
AC tune-up
• Check compressor amps
• Check condenser unit fan motor amps
• Check fan blade
• Clean condenser coil
• Clean condenser cabinet
• Check contactor
• Check high and low pressure safety switches
• Check relays and capacitors
• Check insulation on refrigerant lines
• Check and clean drain line
• Check blower operation
• Check drain pans
• Check thermostat
• Check electrical disconnect
• Check Schrader valves for leaks
• Check for safety pan float switch or in-line overflow switch
• Check condensate pump
• Check evaporator coil
• Check refrigerant charge
• Perform visual inspection of ducts
• Check delta T on system
• Check superheat and subcool

HEATING tune-up
• Clean and check burners
• Clean and check heat exchanger
• Check flue
• Check gas valve
• Check ignition and igniter assembly
• Clean furnace cabinet
• Check all fan limit and safety switches
• Check and clean flame sensor
• Check humidifier (if applicable)
• Check electrical connections in furnace
• Check thermostat
• Check for gas leaks at furnace
• Perform carbon monoxide test
• Check inlet and outlet gas pressure
• Check blower wheel
• Check furnace condensate drain if required
• Perform visual inspection of duct
• Check furnace and flue for proper clearance from combustibles

As an Annual Preventive Maintenance Member, you are our priority and jump to the head of the line when you call! Your job will be scheduled ahead of others. This applies to routine and emergency calls!

No Emergency Service Fees
If you are in need of emergency service, no matter what time of day or night you call, you will not pay a fee. As an Annual Preventive Maintenance Member you will receive the same quality service asalways but pay only from the standard pricing menu!

20% Discount
You will receive a 20% discount off parts & repairs for as long as you are our Annual Preventive Maintenance Member.

On-Going Safety Inspections
You'll receive a detailed report of our findings and we'll explain any concerns. We'll alert you to potential emergencies before they become disruptive problems. We'll even call you to schedule your appointment so you don't have to worry about it.
